MEMO FOR THE MONTH

One of the overflowing natures of God unto man for life include: His power, grace and mercy. Focusing on grace and power.

Grace: It could be seen as undeserved acceptance and love received from another. Grace biblically, is used in variety ways. Serve as favour of God by a superior to an inferior. (Thus, Hand of God to man) His grace came unto man through His overflowing mercy. It is an undeserved favour of God in providing salvation to these set for condemnation. The gift of His Son to die in the place of sinners. Thus, what a merciful God. This was set up to assist us in time of need, time where no one could come for help Prov.14:3; Ps 4:1. Wisely, God came to preserve us in our mouth of foolishness and the rod of pride, out of our distresses.

Grace became fully functional through Christ by salvation bestowed unto all mankind without a price. It is power for unbeliever to believe Jn33:11-23:13:43:14:26:18:27. It is power to build believers Jn20:32 it was translated as favour or pleasure (Life of celebration) Jn2:47:7:10

The highest point of it is that grace was used as God’s method of salvation in opposition to the legalism of the Judaizers.

It is by Grace of The Lord Jesus Christ that both Jews and Gentiles were saved.

Today, Christians see the saving Grace of God as being manifested in the redemptive work of Christ. Benefits motivated: 1cor16:3; 2cor8:1,4,6-7. Our expression and thanks be to God: Rm6:17; 7:25; 1cor15:57; 2cor2:14; 8:16; 9:15; 1tim1:12; 2tim1:3. The grace is our joy today as to celebrate God’s power and His mercy which was all together merged as our total redemption all round
